Rachel's Grade 12 Graduation ceremony went well last night. I even managed to get a photo of her and Shahla. Shahla and Rachel met in JK when they were four. Rachel invited Shahla to her Birthday Party at the end of September and they have been friends since. Not so much the last few years, but they have remained in touch. That very birthday party, I invited Dana in for a coffee when she picked up Shahla and we became best friends as well. We may go months without talking to each other sometimes, but when we reconnect, it's like we've never been apart. That's what good friends are like! I love this photo of Shahla and her parents, Dana and Joseph.

Rachel, Kelly and Julia have been best friends for years now. All through high school!

I was out delivering orders on Thursday and came across this old abandoned farm house down a dead end road near Finch. I love looking at these old homes. There are so many questions in those ancient timbers - did they leave or did their family build a new home on the farmland beside it? Does the same family still own the adjacent farm? I will never know.
